INVERSA is always looking for individuals aged 16 or older, who are passionate about investing in the lives of youth. Prior sports or coaching experience is helpful but not a requirement, just a heart for helping kids grow. We provide training, step-by-step curriculum, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed so you can focus on creating a positive, fun, and inclusive experience for every player! We offer paid positions for both Coaches and Referees. Referees must have a solid understanding of the rules and laws of the sport they are officiating, and bring fairness and enthusiasm to every game. Whether coaching or officiating, you’ll play a key role in building a safe, respectful, and exciting environment for our athletes!
