Our non-cut competitive leagues are designed to give every athlete the opportunity to participate, grow, and compete, regardless of experience or skill level. Using a professionally developed evaluation rubric, we assess each player and place them in one of three divisions per age group: League Inspire, League Ignite, or League Impact.

 

This "like vs. like" placement model ensures balanced competition and allows athletes to experience productive struggle in an emotionally safe and regulated environment, which fuels growth and skill development.

Beyond competition, we prioritize social-emotional safety by creating an environment where athletes can explore sport without fear of failure, build resilience, and develop confidence through meaningful challenges.
